Still No Crowns to use in Crown store

Yesterday when i logged into PTS i didnt receive crowns though i had one vet14 template character and i created one toon (named "I want crown") also still no crowns. I have send many feedbacks and bug reports regarding this. dint get any reply from ZOS. And today i logged in and find my crown balance is still 0. Even i created one more char today also. still no crowns
So i have only one question
Is live version also going to be like this (only random players will receive crowns as promised, others wont)

I can top that. Yesterday I had no crowns ... after today's patch, I still have no crowns. And no characters. The patch wiped them all.

Its Characters copy from EU server, I dint have any chars in EU server so i also had to create a new toon to start today but still no crowns though

Just logged in still no crowns. ZOS keep on ignoring my bug report and feedback and tickets for 30 hours and still running.
I am not asking you change skills to this to that, All i am asking is some crowns to test the crown store items. Even if you have started to giving crowns to players who are all dint get yesterday you should have finished by now.

Logged in 3.00PM est today after 42 hours on submitting bug report regarding no crowns given to my PTS toons. Still no crown
For some reason ZOS keep ignoring my bug reports
Now i am starting worry about one thing, Even when we are subscribing the game we hv this kind of tech support then when we hv free subscription how this tech support going to be???

Hey, @mrvbalc‌. Rest assured, we are not ignoring your bug reports. Quite the opposite, in fact! We've been sifting through the reports on this issue and investigating the underlying cause of the issue. Thanks for sending in your report!

That said, please keep in mind that our Support Team doesn't reply to bug reports. Bug reports are collected and researched internally, and provide us with invaluable information. If you'd like to speak with our Support Team, the best way to do so is to put in a ticket using /help.

Ticket also raised regarding the same issue at 8.30 PM EST (2/2/2015 Monday) no reply so far.

Still no crowns. Third day i am checking crown store item only in previews.

please do remember it is PTS. it;s ment to find bugs like this, not to solve it right away for single users. when it hits the live server they'll make sure you'll get what you earned

I am stressing out because of future only. In PTS this issue arises and it is taking this much time for them to respond what if same thing happens in live and ZOS is slow like now.
