Skills no longer doing extra damage from stealth

Submitted bug report hoping its not intentional. Lotus Fan and Concealed Weapon do no extra damage from stealth but their Stamina morphs are working as before. Example: Concealed Weapon - 5k+ Surprise Attack - 20+. Anyone else having or had this issue?
