Is divines trait with shadow mondus fixed 1.6?

On live the divines trait doesnt increase any critical damage when using the shadow mondus stone. This has been so for a while on live without any dev response on a thread ive made in the past. Could someone verify if it is fixed or still broken on the PTS please?
