Provisioning should stack in 1.6

So far everything in 1.6 is down scaled from live ,stats enchants in jewels , damage mitigation etc.
I suggest that ZOs can make the provisioning recipes stack together.
it will make our stats a bit better and ppl will start use the regeneration recipes again ( in 1.6 will be still useless as my english !

Digiman✭✭✭✭✭As I understand it they said they would make regeneration drinks more attractive. From what I am also guess they nerfed the recover amount from resources from 2 seconds to 4.
Eitherway I really don't like this design as it screws up RPing for me. Do I become a drunk or a obese angry francis?0
