Armor Mitigation Formula

Preliminary testing has shown that the armor mitigation formula has not changed beyond the ×10 multiplier that values received.
((Display_Value - 1000) + Resist_Value) / (C_level ×10) = Mitigation% * Vulnerability = Actual_mitigation%

EnOeZ✭✭✭✭Let's say I pop corrosive armor (100% armor pen) and then I use a major fracture ability while hitting with a sword having the legendary 15% penetration and the armor pen enchant...
Will I hit for more than the tooltip then with "bonus" damage ?
Is my target getting "vulnerable" or something ?
Someone knows ?
