I am grasshopper and I theorycraft for quite a few guilds in the game, Deviance, Dominion Imperial guard, and help out many individuals here and there. I am just going to drop some of my thoughts on the current version of the pts

1. Champion points, Base stats and resources

The scaling into the new system was supposed to just add a zero at the end of every stat, but after the pts went live we noticed that our base values where below our original scaled values. The problem with these values is that with the current stats is the scaling in pve the mob themselves are stronger than the bosses giving a lackluster experience (getting 1 shot is no fun, I DARE YOU try vet spidleclutch or fungal grotto  )
I can understand if this was a nerf to magicka, which is understandable, but a the same time it hurt healers, tanks, and stamina builds with overall resource reductions.

2. Entropy vs Surge (Ability redundancy)

As much as I love having powerful tools at my disposal, when it becomes too pushed to the point where it drowns out other content is when an ability becomes a problem. Entropy does everything the magicka version of surge wants to do besides aoe. Meaning you have created a situation where an ability that is available to everyone is generally better then one that is available to a class. My proposal is that you drop the extra attack damage in trade for another effect to make the ability more unique.

3. Breaking and Entering

I actually recently had this experience when I broke into a house. It was a large tower with two guards in front. I walked up to the door, when they where not looking I entered the house and found two guards to be in there. I was expecting the apprehend me and throw me in the slammer, but instead they looked at me and moved on. I stole their strongbox c:
Moral of the story is breaking and entering should be illegal, or you should at-least tell us if the guards are corrupt  (Which I might add could be a cool idea for making each town different)

4. Bounty loop (logical error)

Step one, obtain an excessive bounty. (my record is 100k+)
Step two, Do not have enough money to pay off your bounty :worried: "Uh oh"
Step three, try and pay off your bounty or reduce it.

You will run into and logical error where you cannot use bank to store or retrieve items you have obtained. At the same time you cannot withdraw money to pay off your bounty to store the items you have laundered. Meaning you are stuck with a bounty and no way to get rid of it. There should be alternate ways to reduce your bounty like stopping NPC thieves for example or doing good deeds?
On the flip side of this you give up on trying to pay off your bounty and this spirals to a life of crime in game. (which is a cool take on the system) Please allow use to have a life of crime, but at the same time allow use access to our items and gear :persevere:

That is all for now I will keep testing,

As long as you are above level 10, you can go to Cyrodiil to access the bank even with a bounty. Others have suggested putting a bank in the Thieves Guild safe zone as well, which I think could be a cool thing to unlock in some way. I don't think it should be there by default as I feel like you should be somewhat inconvenienced by having a bounty, and I also just like unlocking things (for example: it really bothers me that Outlaws Refuge is on the map by default).

Maybe there could be a safe-zone bank in the starter islands though since those would be the only characters that do not have access to Cyrodiil yet.

Actually you hold a good point that pokes a hole in my post there. You should feel inconvenienced by your bounty, but yes we need to be able to access our items without going into Cyrodiil.

Having something like unlock-able areas in the safe zone is a cool idea. What would be interesting is having the Thieves guild having a standing system where the higher standing in the guild the more features you get out of it. For example, in skyrim once you got into the "Inner group" of the thieves guild you had more features available to you. This could include secret vendors that help you do your dirty work with new gear or a bank open to you. This could be a fantastic quest hub/ Daily quest hub with unique gear

    Hoppy thing,
