Justice System Extension: Temptation

I tested Justice system on PTS and so far I like it. I am just missing a reason why I should become a criminal. Some temptation. Simple idea: let random armor and weapons displayed in stores sometimes (rarely) have a light glow. These shiny items then should have a superior quality, green to sometimes purple even. That would be a real temptation.

✭Nice idea. Although there are already save-boxes with quality items inside as well. They are guarded though so do be careful
