Problem with template characters

They get no morphs for some reason. Is this working as intended? there are a good amount of people who aren't V14 yet that are playing on the PTS, and people wanting to try a different class but don't have it V14. Not allowing template characters to morph abilities from the start hinders the overall testing and feedback.

I hope this gets fixed soon.

Yes, that's working as designed, @bosmern_ESO‌. We're looking to test the rebalance on the basic abilities and then the morphs down the line.

You should make several templates. Make a level 40 template with unmorphed skills. But the VR14 template must have morphs. Not a single VR14 plays with unmorphed skills. These are not the tests you are looking for. Fix the templates.

Hope you understand that no one and I repeat NO ONE will be paying attention to unmorphed skills. It's a chore.

Absolutely. Signed off the PTS moment I saw this was the case. I shouldn't have to grind first in order to test the things that I want to test. I understand ZOS wants specific things tested right now, but not even having the option is a pain in the rear.

There's probably someone out there testing this, but I know what you mean. Still, with the issues we've had in the past where certain ranks of a skill behaved differently, I can understand why they're making them available for testing.

Maybe some boost to skill XP would help, though? XP is already nerfed to hell in general, no need to make it even worse for the testers trying to do the thing you want them to do.
