Master Weapons - Patch Notes

I already knew that not all the changes would be in the patch notes(It is kinda hard to keep track of all the changes if you have multiple people working on stuff and no propper system to keep track of the changes). However, that there are changes in the patchnotes that ALREADY are on the Live server grinds my gears and is new to me. Does ZOS not know what they already have added to the game?

For example the Master Weapons:

Master weapons now provide additional statistical benefits:
For two handed weapons, bows, and dual wield weapons, it provides weapon power.
For one hand and shield, it provides health.
For all staves, it provides maximum magicka.

The Master Weapons ALREADY provide these bonuses on the LIVE server.

And patchnotes in 1.6 say they will add: For two handed weapons, bows, and dual wield weapons, it provides weapon power.




I could not check it out if smth changed on PTS because EU server does not have a char copy on pts.

Yeah. Ash Cloud is the same way, the patch notes say it gets snare instead of miss chance, but it already had both - now they just removed miss chance.
