Does this passive effect abilities I cast on myself or ones I cast on my allies such as, Barrier, Shield Ward, Bone Shield etc. etc. or Both....

    I would imagine yes, maybe block? But definitely damage shields.

    That raises one more question, does it include abilities that are casted on me by someone else?
