NIGHTBLADE skill changes- Some need more balancing please!!

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom Reading this I don't see how any Nightblade can say Shades have a place in PvP besides the fact that the shade "attack" counts as a light attack for you so it charges your ultimate the debuff last for FOUR SECONDS while the shades just hang out and light Attack for 20 seconds.
So yea draining someone's Stamina is great but a four second debuff then 17 seconds damage that your health regen can heal without your bar moving is a sad little power (plus they don't shealth so when you kill your target before the timer runs out the stand next to your body like AoEs and detection potions right here)


For the love of Sithis remove agony I tried that power on my Tank, DPS, assassin and brawler (all Nightblades) that power doesn't work with any build its completely worthless much like the Assassin passive executioner PLEASE replace them with something we can use to mix up the five Nightblade builds that exist.
