unable to acces character selection screen...

been trying to reach my character selection screen for 3 hours now...can someone please help?

When you first launch the game and reach the login screen, select Settings on the left and change your graphic quality to Minimum. Once this has completed, log in as you usually would and see if the game reaches character select. If it does, please feel free to change your visual settings back to what you prefer. From there, subsequent logins should be much shorter.0
