Suggestions: Improving sucky skills and their equally sucky morphs

These are the skills I'm concerned most about because they're ones I use frequently and they seem to have gotten laughable 'improvements' so far.

Lighting Form-> Thundering Presence and Boundless Storm

When discussing Sorc skills with friends one guy asked the best morph for Lighting Form. Hands down it was Boundless Storm. He even said "who *wouldn't* pick Boundless Storm?" The additional time on the original version of the morph was blah enough, but the 'improved' version is even more so. It doesn't offer anything that makes you want to try it out, and for someone like me who tried to go against the grain and pick morphs opposite of what most people use, even I can't bring myself to invest in Thundering Presence.

Suggestions: Either increase the radius/amount of targets hit by the damage or *double* the amount of time it is active, from 15 seconds to 30 seconds. Increase the armor and spell res bonus, or apply a snare to enemies hit by the bolts.

Caltrops-> Razor Caltrops and Anti-Cavalry Caltrops

This one personally makes me face palm alot. Same issue as above, the other morph offers nothing the other already has. I can't think of anyone who takes Anti Cav. It's like looking between a slice of cake and a radish.

Suggestions: Staggering Caltrops-hurl an exploding ball of small caltrops in an area. The tiny spikes lodge into your enemy's feet, causing slight bleed damage and applying a 30% snare that persists for 20 seconds after they've left the area of effect.

Snipe-> Focused Aim and Lethal Arrow

This skill gets alot of heat, and I feel like it lost some of its charm when it became spammable. A Snipe should be a carefully prepared and skillfully executed shot requiring patience. I'd say put the cast time either back at 2 secs or 1.5 secs and increase dmg by 30%. For the morphs, lately I've been wondering if its more worthwhile to take Focused Aim over Lethal Arrow because too often when I've been fighting a enemy capable of self heals or subject to heals, the 40% heal reduction does squat. It's impossible for me to solo resources because I can unload a full stam bar on a mender and they heal up to full.

Suggestions: Make the heal debuff stackable starting at 10% and have it go up incrementally to 100%. If a player is unable to retaliate against the shooter, they need to back up out of there, and if they are dumb enough to stand there and keep getting hit, then they fully deserve to die to the debuff.

if anyone else who uses skills from other trees has any suggestions to improve sucky morphs, please post them here. I limit myself to Bow, 2h, 1h shield, Daedric Summoning, and a few skills from Storm Calling and Dark Magic. If you have suggestions from other skills like Dual Wield or Resto Staff, please share.
