Infinite magicka

It seems players are able to build up enough magicka regen/reduction that they will never run out.

This seems like a big design flaw, and something that needs fixed.

    In that other discussion, the comclusion is looking like a player should be able to self sustain at the cost of losing dps. Also damage shields need change for less op functionality.
    In your OP, you haven't really given us a lot of information to work with. The most I can produce is pure speculation. I'd say that infinite resources is completely fine as long as the player in question is not unkillable and destroying everybody at the same time. One or the other is fine.

    Fair enough, I just wanted to create a discussion about it. I don't have the sets to do it myself (a good warlock set for one).

    The video is just an example.

    The problem with this is if your regen is high enough to never run out of magicka, then using things like healing ward/class shields/self heals will make you unkillable while giving you plenty left over to dish out damage. This is if you're smart about managing stamina.

    I originally thought stamina could be the weakness, but it's really not, if you only use it to break free.

    I have no idea what could be the solution. I think you should be able to make it so it takes a long time to run out of a resource, but this will give anyone who builds like this a big advantage over everyone else.
