It is worth something because there are no restrooms in all of tamriel and cold harbour. It's like the builders were all politicians.
Sure there are sewers, but nothing connected to them other than rain grates.

In Skyrim, castles, etc have *** holes, often complete with handy reading material. I always got a kick out of that. If you aren't familiar with how things are done outside the US, maybe you didn't recognize them for what they were.
