Dear ZoS,

Thank you for allowing us to try out the champion system. However, it might be beneficial to provide us with more points to play around with before the system goes live.

Currently, we can't unlock more than the base level passives and cannot access the higher (i.e120 cp passives) without extensive grinding which will reduce the a.out of exposure these skills get.

I am sure players will find ways to use these passives in ways that ZoS (or anyone) could not forsee. These skills could potentially cause huge problems in PvP if some synergy or OP build (think vampire bats) arises when the system goes live.

I agree. There should be a template with maxed out CP.

I agree. But it's probably in ZOS' best business interest to keep us guessing; it's their modus operandi, either way.

There's not much left to guess though. We can see what the passives do. The issue is when players get their hands on these abilities they will undoubtedly do everything they can to utilize them in ways that no one can forsee.

Again. I bring up the issue with bat swarm that made it through testing and whatnot, but players were still able to use it in ways that the developers and testers didn't think of.

We can see what the passives do, we can't tell whether they work and deliver what the tooltip says. No-one is asking for a maxed out character in live, but to properly test we need to be able to create a maxed out character on the PTS, to check that all those passives work as advertised and prevent headaches down the line.
