Black login screen

As soon as i open the launcher and click play the screen goes black and just continues to have the loading ring symbol but never makes it to the login screen on PC

anyone know how to fix this?

Please follow the steps listed in this knowledge base article, @halliwell. If they don't get you past that screen and into the game, don't hesitate to let us know!

Hey there @halliwell,

If those steps were not successful, your best bet is to contact our customer support department with a game consultant file attached, along with a brief description of your issue. They will be able to take a look at that document and see what the issue is!
