Champion points conversion question - 70 points?

Sorry if this has already been answered/asked, but it's my understanding you can get up to 70 champion points when this goes live.

My question is, if I sign into the PTS server and it shows that I am getting 70 points, is it safe to assume that my account will get the max 70 points when this goes live?

Also, is it 70 points for each section, or 70 total? For example, I signed into the PTS and have 24 points in red, 23 green, and 23 blue. You wouldn't get 70/70/70 would you?

does anyone know the answer to this? I'm presume this post will get buried pretty quickly, so was hoping someone has already signed in and can see they have 70/70/70 or if it's like mine, 24/23/23.

70 total, so your numbers look correct.

But each of your characters that's at least VR1 will have the 24/23/23 to assign.

Gotcha. Thanks guys. I misunderstood how it worked and thought the passives were shared across all accounts. I re-read the patch notes after reading your comments and it makes more sense to me now. I think when I read it all the first time, it just didn't register because there were just so many notes to go through.

It doesnt work like that on the PTS. Some of my chars have 70 points some alot less.

Total of 70 points account-wise is a rip-off knowing you could at the moment spend like 3600 on each character.
A fair distribution would be based on each character level not per account.
I have a vt 10 -12- 14 and will get 70 points for all, they all went through the same progressiion and now I have to decide which one to place in favour.

70 // 3600 x 3 is peanuts it will be a grindingfest to get all well balance toons.
