Just few experiences from other games:
*groups formed specifically to fight guards in social zones
*bots abusing "blind" spots for locpicking/pickpocketing
*training guards towards crowded areas to produce lag spikes/crashes
*kiting guards about timing their aoe so as to disrupt other players
*stolen goods imbalances
It's all nice and well on tame controlled test server but once you add up B2P crowd and console lot...
This thing will blow up like Hindenburg.

It might not be so bad. You can't kill the guards, and they will make short work of most players. At VR14, going toe to toe with a guard is just an exercise in watching how fast your healing resources get drained. Also, the guards use gap closers and chains when you try to flee, so training them will be difficult (although not impossible).
Lock picking might be abuseable by bots, but in and of itself there's no reward. Any NPC you can pickpocket moves around, and some of them get mad and attack you when you fail. I see limited opportunity for bots there.
The stolen goods imbalance is something I can see, I've stolen blue items worth over 600g when fenced. At 50 fence interactions a day, that's 30,000g+ a player can make (if you only fence valuable blue items). You can still make 10,000g+ by fencing just the green or better items. I'm not sure if that's a real issue though, I can make similar amounts of gold just by questing and selling all the loot from combat.
I would like to see a group formed just to fight the guards. The biggest fight I've seen so far is 3 on 1, I'd like to see a group of 8 take on a guard, with a coordinated composition of 2 tanks, 2 DPS, and 4 healers. Add more DPS as necessary, but I wonder if the guards really are indestructible or if they're just really, really tough.
