Just a litle compilation of idiocy, mistakes and other funny things from 1.6 pts patch notes.

Strife - Magicka cost of this skill was heavily reduced. This was not mentioned in patch notes.

Catalyst - this passive was reworked. No longer provide buff to potion effectivines. Instead, it gives "very usefull" 8 ultimate points when using potion. This was not mentioned in patch notes.

Argonians passive to potion effectiviness was also replaced with some kind of crap. This was not mentioned in patch notes.

Burning Spellweave set - 4 item bonus to Spell crit was replaced with Weapon crit. Complete idiocy and also was not mentioned in patch notes.

"Ash Cloud is a now a ground-targeted area of effect ability. It no longer affects an enemy’s miss chance, but instead snares your enemy by 70%."

Ehm, What ? This skill was always snaring enemys by 70%. The miss chance was only 30% and it never worked on bossess.

"Brawler (morph): Fixed an issue where the damage shield from this ability wasn’t refreshing when used on multiple enemies while the previous shield was still active."
Im tired to count how many times i saw this statement :) I hope this time they actualy fixed it.

"Decreased the base damage done by Silver Bolts by 80%, but increased the proc chance to 30% from 5%."

The chance to proc are actualy 25% (or does it become better with rank upgrade, coz i can only look at rank 1 of this skill ?)
Also no explanation on how does the bonus magickal damage scale.

"Master weapons now provide additional statistical benefits:

For two handed weapons, bows, and dual wield weapons, it provides weapon power.
For one hand and shield, it provides health.
For all staves, it provides maximum magicka."

ZOS, are you even playing your own game ? This IS already in game for quite long time.

"Humanoid monsters in Dragonstar Arena will now drop gold upon death to help offset repair costs."

Again. This IS already in game for quite long time.

"Increased value for the Ornate and Intricate traits; they now start at a 275% "

First of all, we already saw this in one of the live patch notes.
Secondly - Lol what ? Ornate and Intricate traits start at 280% on live :D

Wow, I didn't notice that before. Immensely displeased by this.

That's the one thing I thought was a typo. 80% reduction? Wtf? If it was still one shotting people, yeah it needs a nerf, but it isn't.

Makes it less fun to shoot people in the face.

It's not true. Probably some old version of patch notes. What changes is the proc is now much higher than 5%(30?), but the proc effect is weaker than the normal hit it does (using live scale, its like 350 normal hit, 270 extra if it procs)

There is only one version of patch notes and i sure refreshed the page before copy-paste.

This is probably just a typo and they meant that they reduced the damage of PROC, not the main damage of Silver Shard.

Still count as b**crap or funny part of patch notes :)

No, what i mean is, while Gina and co. worked on the patch notes to publish, the combat team continued working on the game, so the patch notes were 'old' as soon as they got posted.

Constitution passive from heavy armor was changed and now it gives less stamina and magicka and the cooldown is increased form 2 seconds to 4.

I was only on on my Templar on PTS - I didn't know they broke the NB passive skill. Well why not. :(

    Surge

This ability now applies the Major Brutality buff.
Power Surge: This ability now applies the Major Brutality and Major Sorcery buffs.
Critical Surge: This ability now has a one second cooldown on the heal.

I thought that the heal was going to be baseline and how is the healing going to work? Will it only work on the highest damage during the proc or is it going to be wild and any crit that procs it?

Also nothing on Light Armor but everything for heavy armor, they are really making light armor less viable for PvP now. I would of expected higher spell damage for each piece at the least.

Okay, so another talent I won't be using.

Well done ZOS. When in doubt NERF EVERYTHING.

While you're at it ZOS, Dragon Knights need nerfing some more. They can still log in, fix this oversight.

The reason this happens with old patch notes being in their and not all new changes in patch notes is because their are overlapped builds of the game being developed so the patch notes teams pass forward could easily be confused between 1 or more of the dev builds.

I want to say thank you for pointing these things out, but I'm afraid ZOS will ignore this thread by default because of the profanity and hostility in it.

Good job on making the list though.

Think this was a typo and they actualy meant that they reduced damage of PROC but increased it's chance.

Anyway, the point of this topic was not to discuss nerfs, but to have a minute to smile and gather funny parts of patch and things that ZOS forgot to add to patch notes
