Bug: Starting with only 65 Champion points

I have a vr14 and no other vet characters and I'm only starting with 65 Champion points. Several other people I've talked to also have the same number, and I think none of them had any other vet level characters. However, from the few I talked to, those that did have a vr14 and other vet characters started with 70 points. I didn't see anything that changed with how CPs are awarded, so assuming this is a bug.

You have to be VR14 plus another million XP beyond that to get the 70 points.

Yup, same thing happened to me. I had 22,22 and 21 champ points to spend.

I should easily have the million xp unless the only way to get it is from having other vet characters.
