Restoring Aura affects me as the caster as expected with the changes. Used Warlock with Oblivion's Foe and again with Seducer. Used the basic ability and then the extended range morph. Couldn't replicate your issue in a group or alone and others couldn't replicate the issue either.

What armor sets are you using? Did you try casting Restoring Aura while naked without a weapon and building up? What other buffs did you have on you?

I will try this completely naked when back from work to see if my armor sets are letting it work and we can compare.

I stood on the docks in Belkarth and cast the spell, and not a single number on my character sheet went up/changed values. I also haven't tried it since but I also never used it, soooooo Meh.
