Cyrodiil Campaigns Question

I have a question for anyone at ZOS.
Yesterday when I started playing the PTS, all five of the Cyrodiil campaigns were listed. I joined my Home campaign (Thornblade) and was reviewing the new Alliance War skills when I was abruptly kicked back to the login screen. When I logged in again, only the Haderus campaign was listed. What campaign(s) should we be able to join? Should all campaigns be available or is Haderus intended to be the only campaign we can join?
