just noticing that performing activities related to the justice system does not grant any experience.
Starting a new character as a thief, stealing items levels my legerdemain skill line but does not contribute at all to my character level.
It would be nice to see a small amount of experience rewarded for things like successful pick-pocketing, lock-picking doors or evading guards, etc...
