I don't know how to post a poll, so just type yes or no if you agree.
No no no no, please quit asking ZOS to nerf things, people asked for so many nerfs They decided to nerf the plaeyr base too and now we are B2P
Sure does not feel like it.
7 meters, 5 meters is the base range for melee attacks iirc.

This is my first nerf thread. I've been playing for two hours today and during quests NPC's keep uppercutting me from a massive range, and it's quite annoying.

Then the OP is correct. 5 meters is more than 15 feet. Over 21 feet at 7 meters.
Blocking will stop an uppercut, use it.
Pretty sure the OP is just mistaken on unit of measurement on ESO instead of making "meter to feet" conversions on the fly during gameplay. Occam's Razor and all.
Hi OP,
You will have to use block to defend against Uppercut or time your dodge. If an enemy is already performing the wind-up animation, you most likely cannot out run it.
When you see the yellow-bright charging lines coming from an enemy, you can block that attack to disorient the enemy. When the enemy is disoriented with the purple spinning halo, a heavy attack will knock the enemy down and allow you to turn the tide of some of these earlier battles.

So a regular block should stop it? I thought you had to dodge it with stamina, which is extremely costly at low levels.

Actually here in the US I use feet. And in this situation I was correct.
So.. You started the game, you don't know the basic mechanic and you think you can determine what deserves to be nerfed.Der_Deutsche_Hase wrote: »Hi OP,

Thanks for the help. I'll try this out. I thought being it a sword and all you could just run out of sword range, but it seems I'm was wrong. Still though, I think it should be nerfed in terms of range.
