At the moment you have to log into the PTS to see them. I encourage people who log on to the PTS to share any racial passives for races that haven't already been posted.

Here is an example with changes marked:

    Argonian

    Current

Restoration Expertise: Increases experience gain with the Restoration Staff skill line by 15%

Amphibious: Increases swimming speed by 50% and the effectiveness of potions by 5%/10%/15%.

Argonian Resistance: Increases Maximum Health by 1%/2%/3% and Poison and Disease resistance by 8/15/23 [for my VR14 Argonians the 23 for Rank III scaled up to 1125 without any jewelry enchants].

Quick to Mend: Increases healing received by 2%/4%/6%.

    1.6 on PTS

Restoration Expertise: Increases experience gain with the Restoration Staff skill line by 15%

Amphibious: Increases your swimming speed by 50% and whenever you drink a potion, you are restored for 2%/4%/6% of your Max Health, Magicka, and Stamina.

Argonian Resistance: Increases Max Health by 1%/2%/3% and Poison and Disease Resistance by [480/960/1440 for a VR14].

Quick to Mend: Increases the effect of healing on you by 2%/4%/6%.

So long Argonian (Nightblade) builds with potion cool-down reduction/potion effect boost jewelry or hello to a new version of the Argonian (Nightblade) builds with potion cool-down/potion effect boost jewelry?

Interesting. So basically, PVE dps Argonians who used spell crit or weapon crit pots got nerfed. On the other hand, PVP Argonians got a good boost, especially those who can't afford tripots.

Yeah, goodbye to one build, hello to maybe another (or maybe not, don't really see how jewelry would help boost the new passive), but wow, that's a huge hit to (one of) the best Argonian passives. I also did like the increase to max health for tanking but maybe the increased healing will be OK..

They also nerfed the NB passive Catalyst, which similarly increased potion effectiveness. Potion effevtiveness buffs must not have played well with Champ system or new stat/bonus numbers.

My Argonian NB tank is very sad.

effects includes selfheals, while recived implies involvement of other players aka no self applied heals.

    they changed how potions work

instead of X amount of crit rating when you pop a crit potion, you get the buffs for crit just like you get from abilities

as an example, if you pop the spell crit potion instead of getting 2000 spell crit rating you get •Major Prophecy: Increases spell critical chance by 10% for 19 seconds I think by default... with the alchemy passive it goes up to 25 seconds

same for weapon crit •Major Savagery: Increases weapon critical chance by 10%

health/stam/mag potions give an amount of the stat plus-

health potions •Major Fortitude: increases health recovery by 30%
stam potions •Major Endurance: Increases stamina recovery by 30%
magicka potions •Major Intellect: Increases magicka recovery by 30%

all in all not bad for the potions, no need to buff those further IMO

Except you can only have one Major and one Minor buff of each type active at a time. For example, if you are using an ability that gives Major Savagery, but then use a potion that also has that effect, you essentially waste that property of that potion. It seems this would diversify the kinds of potions people use, which would be nice from a crafter's standpoint, but given how softcaps have been removed it seems it would still be good to offer ways to temporarily up your stats to make up for what your build/class lacks.

What was also sacrificed for this change in how buffs work and in taking increases to potion effectiveness away, was the initial stat 'replenish' (eg Heal for X amount of HP) that potions offered.
