I bought ESO a day ago, and on trying to login was prompted to enter an access code, which never got sent to my e-mail. I already tried taking off firewall and checking spam, and i also put in a support ticket, yet it takes you guys a number of hours before i get a copy and pasted reply straight from the website. I already tried that, so now I am still unable to play a game I paid for while i wait for a response.
So please, help me find a way to receive an access code so I can actually play this game.

The best way to resolve this issue is to have your account's email address changed, which requires assistance from customer support.
If the initial steps sent in the CS email do not work, we ask that you reply to that email and request that you receive an account email address change to resolve the issue.0
