dead campaigns are no fun for anyone, and i have no desire to be emp of a red wasteland... plz leave at least 1 scroll keep for ad/dc so they're more encouraged to come here and fight!
also ty to all the ep that helped me get emp... PR, hijinx, ep pugs... especially iyachtu, peggy, and the doom brigade for the crown the other night

I don't even think DC has a presense on Haderus anymore do we?...i haven't seen hardly anyone for at least 2-3 days at primetime, I get on Haderus every evening...im about to switch home campaigns because DC seems to have left...
i killed a few gate campers the other night before being called off to help some guildies with an Undaunted Pledge(yes i do them every now and then)
I thought Haderus was going to be the Thornblade Alt when Thorn was full, but the DcCpresence their seems to be non-existent...wonder if this gate camping made folks leave?
I noticed EP had Thorn pop locked, and Chill and Had at 3 bars last night...DC was only able to muster 3 bars in Chill and i saw 2 bars in Thorn when i was on....i'd say pop balances are pretty much miffed.
It also seems a lot of DC must have bailed after the B2P announcement...if not, then where the heck has DC gone? please don't tell me back to lag blade...

The DC presence on Haderus was always dependent on guilds (LoM, MBF, specifically) deciding to do some fights there. My anecdotal observation is that DC populations have been extremely low this last week, especially considering that school is back into full swing. People hop on Thorn for a few quick fights and then log off. There will be some good fights this weekend, for sure.
Also -- EP had better be careful the type of PvP environment they create. As of last night Haderus, Thorn, and Chill were all Red. PvP is balanced on a knife's edge of imploding into stupidity and utter imbalance. I know that many in my guilds are burned out and don't care on whit about the campaigns. PvDoor every time you log on is one of the least fun things in this game.
So next time AD will gate camp you, know that this is all your fault. Some ppl won't forget, sadly revenge causes revenge.

Yeah most of MBF is homed on Haderus still, but generally we go where the fights are. I know LOM jumps around campaigns a lot too, but they frequent Hade the most from what I've seen. This has just been a weird week for MBF because we're all pretty burnt out. Some of us have been leveling alts and doing PvE (shudders), while others have been catching up with RL stuff like school. It may feel like LOM hasn't had as much of a presence because Grunt is a silly goose who broke his mic a week ago and still hasn't replaced it. LOM has some great leaders, but no one fills up a 24-man raid faster than he does. So yeah, there hasn't been as much of a DC presence this week, but we certainly haven't left the game or PvP for good.

Agreed 100% about Grunt. I've told him to fix his mic every day. Basically, if Tiki, Cassiah, Marcel, me, or any of the other officers try to fill a LoM group we have a hard time. Grunt pulls groups together much easier -- people are familiar with him and his style. Also, I think he is suffering a bit from the same burn-out y'all have.
I know its arrogant, but I think this week PvP (red on all servers) is what happens when MBF/LoM don't have a strong presence anywhere. DC basically just falls apart since HD/LB/GnG don't have the numbers or players to hold Havoc/IR/DiE at bay.

It went really well last time we did it, and I think it'll be a refreshing change of pace. Plus, we REALLY need to start working together again because it feels like all of DC is burnt out as a faction and everyone is kinda off doing their own thing. In the meantime, I'm taking my alt to BWB.
