getting false message in the launcher/ launcher not working

Im getting a false message when opening the client.
first the client opens Very slow.. takes a good 2 mins before everything is loaded up, then im getting a system message that tellls me the servers are down t´for maintenance, when I can see they are up and live.
the Play bottom is eather a "update " or "repair" and non of em works.
when clicking nothing happens , then down in the progress bar, a messages says that download cant be preformed at the moment, do to services are down,
and I was just in the game 3 mins ago. and I can see others playing via livestream.
the whole client is very slow, to any responces.

    I have exactly the same problem. Tried to reinstall, the speed fell to 20kbs after 10 or so minutes, closed and reopened the launcher and recieved again the same Maintenance message. This is happening to me since yesterday.

    Hey there folks,

    If the patcher is stating that the game is currently under maintenance, we have a few steps we'd like you to take that have been helpful in the past!

    To fix this issue, we recommend trying to run the launcher as an administrator (Head to the installation folder at C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\Launcher, right click the Bethesda.net launcher, then select Run as administrator).

    If that doesn't fix the problem, you will have to delete the launcher folder (default path C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\Launcher), and then download the launcher from the account management page https://account.elderscrollsonline.com to reinstall the launcher.
