PTS Needs Templates with Hundreds of Points

After reading Kai's terrific post detailing the Lord star in the Champion System, I realized that we're going to need PTS templates with several hundred Champion Points in order to test some of the perks that require 75 and 120 points in a single star.
Considering that we need the same number of points in each of the three major constellations in order to reach 75 or 120 points in a single star, we're looking at a minimum of 360 or more points in order to test some of these perks. There is likely no way a player could earn that many points via XP during the PTS testing window. Hence the need for the templates.
Is this possible? I don't think we need a template with all 3600 points; but we do need a reasonable amount to cover a sufficient number of scenarios on a character or multiple characters since the points are account wide.

Homm✭✭✭PTS isn't for you to test your builds, the game is for that after the patch is live. PTS is mainly for bug reporting (I know, ZOS ignores that but that's another topic) and "trying out" the new content - they aren't even obliged to put it on PTS (tho seeing the rant about PTS being delayed 99% in the forum think differently..).1 -

OP is talking about testing the specific CS abilities, not their own build.

How do they "test" all of those stars in the CP system are working correctly if no one on PTS will be able to buy them?
Kinda seems silly.
And the result is going to be in 4 months when someone finally wracks up all those CP to get it "right" that they steamroll everyone and it suddenly becomes and issue.0 -
Stonesthrow✭✭✭✭Hard to "test" a new system (Champion) if you can only get roughly 2% of the points to start and maybe earn another 1 or 2% by playing non-stop for a week before they wipe your character.
Given that they don't want to give away the whole thing but maybe 10% would be a nice number to get the feel of wether it works or not.1 -
