Exploit or Working as Intended?

I have already submitted a bug report a week ago and I am not going to give details, but there is a armor set/skill combo you can do you spam cost free heals. I need conformation on how I can know if it is an exploit or not since I have not received a response to the bug report. I do not want to have to post the how-to in order for ZoS to fix this.

The Eyes of Mara armor set and combat prayer (on 3 players at once) = a free heal (you get the same amount of mana back as you use)

This is not a bug if its the one your talking about.
Add in rings of reduced mana costs and a Master Restoration Staff and you get back more then you use.

But wait to patch 1.6, most skills are changing and see if its still a free heal after that

Yeah.. it's not that. It is a non-obvious match. I don't want too give too much info as it will be as bad as the twin-sisters debacle.

Still have not heard anything about this yet.... I frapsed some video of the bug/exploit/working as intended. I would be happy to post it to the forums.

Good to know. My guess is that they dont want the cat out of the bag until the patch. Either way, my sub is up in 4 days.
