✭No, they made it far worse a few patches ago by not giving the same amount of XP as AP earned for keep captures and defenses.
It would literally take you a year or more to level to v14 just in cyrodiil. This is by far my biggest complaint with the game right now.Killed by Sunshine 1vX How I see it.

But, you will level. On my alt I've spent most of my time in Cyrodil and gone back to finish the main quests in PvE zones for the skill points. I'd probably be lvl 50 already if I stayed in PvE (lvl 30 now), but I have way more fun in Cyrodil. I leveled up in PvP and enjoyed it. It is probably not the same deal anymore since people learned how to play since but personally I don't think I would mind it anyway. There are several guides to be effective in PvP as a lowbie.

- Remove / Change CPs System, remove current CP/noCP campaigns and introduce one 30days with lock, one with no locks
- Fix crashes when approaching a keep under attack because of bad / wrong rendering prioritization system
- Change emperorship to value faction score points and not alliance points - see this and this
- Fix long loading screens (mostly caused by players joining group out of rendering range)
- Add 2 more quickslots to the wheel or add a different wheel for sieges weaponry only
- Fix Balista Bolts not dealing damage on walls or doors if deployed at a certain place
- Release bigger battlegrounds with 8 to 16 players per team and only two teams
- Fix the permanent block animation - see examples : link1 link2 link3 link4 link5
- Gives players 10 minutes to get back into Cyrodiil after relogging / crashing
- Add a function to ignore the Claiming system of useless rewards
- Improve the Mailing System / Rewards of the Worthy stacking
- Assign specific group sizes to specific campaigns (24-16-8)
- Make forward camps impossible to place near objectives
- Make snares only available from ground effects abilities
- Change emperorship to last minimum 24hours
- Fix body sliding after cc breaking too quickly
- Remove Block Casting through Battle Spirit
- Fix the speed drop while jumping - see video

- Fix Rams going crazy (spinning around)

✭✭It's a very slow way to level. However if you are interested in doing a lot of pvp and levelling up your pvp rank you may as well level up while you do it. Night-claw✭✭✭5 weeks of solid pvp i prefer pvp over grinding mob repeatbly over and over again the xp wasn't that bad it actually pretty good handing in you kill enemy player quest staying for the ticks support ally's killing! players it was fun. btw this wasn't on non-vet campaign i prefer to be fighting veterans my 10 vs v14 was a challnge but i won most of the time due to my knowledge of pvp and skills.0 -

AnteCoyote✭✭✭Way back in the beginning, I was top of AD in the Goldbrand campaign for pretty much the whole thing, so every time emperor was taken, I gained a vet level. I pretty much did VR1-10 just by getting emperor so many times since it gives you so many vet points (like 1.5 million, I saw once). ✭I've been leveling just in pvp since rank 6.
I'm now rank 11 (technically 11 and a half).
Most people are rank 14. What I have found is that you can be successful in pvp if you are within 3-4 levels of max VR. It is possible to level with pvp, it just takes forever. ✭I recommend the noob campaign. It may not be the fastest way to level up, even though you can make level or two per night, but PvP there is by far the best you can have in ESO, so speed does not matter.
Generally it's not impossible to level up to cap, I did level up mostly in Cyrodiil, but a) vet campaigns suck, b) are probably worse to level up than they used to be by the time the game launched.Edited by JamilaRaj on January 14, 2015 10:52PM0 -

Yes, but this was when you got for a 1v1 kill about 12k xp. Now is kinda 300 or so. With 1.6 they only said they would increase kill quest rewards but no word about other xp.
If you really want to level with pvp I would join the beginner campaign. As a vr14 you steamrole low level chars as you please.
