Quest npc missing...

Babineaux Redain is not where the quest guide is saying she should be, outside the castle in glenumbra. I cant start the next phase of my main quest (turning of the trees)

Any help apreciated.

You can find Bernard Redain on the bridge to Deleyn's Mill. He will give you the quest, Turning of the Trees. Sometimes the other guy doesn't show up so you have to use the one standing on the bridge right before Deleyn's Mill.
