Still missing items sent using COD

So I sent 100 honey brittle to the guy, he never accepted my CoD or mail.. what happens to my stuff? This happened over 2 week ago, probably 3 week or even month.

So why not let us senders/sellers to take our stuff back if its still in mail box?

This is griefing, and please fix before going f2p etc.

Greetings @Sausage‌ ! If the receiver of your mail has not accepted it, your items and COD should be returned to you within 3-7 days. Since it has been longer than that, we will be happy to create a ticket for you!

Well, I sent ticket like a day ago but Ive not heard anything from them. Its definitely longer than 3-7 days.

My advise is never send anything COD. I was burnt three times sending items COD to another player and never got the gold for the items or the items back. Now if someone wants an item I am selling they have to meet me and we trade up close and personal. Oh and I also sent in tickets to ZOS and the problem was not solved.

It took me 3 weeks one time to get my stuff back. The time mail trading takes is ridiculous and slow.

If they never checked the mail, it bounces back in 3-7 days (3 if they have been online, 7 if they have been offline the whole time), but if they checked and read the mail, but did not accept the mail (as in pay the COD) it will sit there for 21 days before bouncing back.

Mail without a COD will never bounce back. If you by mistake added gold instead of added a COD (which happens alot), its gone.
