She not only replies almost in an instant (i could only imagine her workload) but her way of writing / answering is one of the warmest i have had the experience to have in all kind of CS i have contacted (ESO including or not) in games / services etc ...
Give her a bonus or something (i know it exists since i have the same job) a raise!!
She deserves it!! And a cookie from me!!
