No "mages guild handbill" in Davon's Watch

Not the biggest issue perhaps, but still...
The "Mages Guild handbill" in Davon's Watch - that sends you to join the Mages Guild - seems to have disappeared at some point. IIRC it was placed at the entrance to the blacksmithing hut.

✭✭And now BOTH the Mages Guild handbill AND Fighters Guild handbill seems to have disappeared from Daggerfall??0 -

✭✭Having done some closer checks with random characters on PTS, it seems that the Fighters/Mages Guild handbills have been removed from _all_ the major starting cities (Vulkhel Guard/Daggerfall/Davon's Watch) - is this intended, or an oversight? For RP purposes, IMO they were more realistic than just walking into the guild building...0
