When the game starts , write error " stop work program eso". What to do?

No, this is the first time. After downloading the game started. Rebooted my PC and now the error . Name of the module with an error stackhash_0a9e

Did you buy the game through steam, the official ESO store or another location?
Did you launch the game using the default launcher and complete all the required updates?


This is the launcher.

The game launched . Now, after the screen saver is loading . Long. A very long time .

Try sfc /scannow from an admin command window. If you can launch the launcher after that try repair installation from the launcher under game options.

Through the launcher , a check of the game. It's okay. Did check through cmd. It did not help .

Did you change any DEP settings? All your drivers and windows up to date? Any other error in your windows system or application event logs? Any exclamation points in device manager window? Please copy and paste the stackhash error from the windows event viewer.

I turned off the DEP . Other errors occur. stackhash error anymore. Just loading it. Video updated driver . Everything else is too.

There are two choices for DEP in the normal Windows dialog.
1. Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services
2. Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select.
Which one did you select?
If you chose #2 you must add an exception for ESO.exe and the launcher exe and likely other programs too if you get errors. It is preferred to choose #1

Put the lowest setting and the game is loaded . Played very long. But if you put graphics Low => Minimum then again the eternal loading .

When surfing on the lowest graphics settings the game is not loaded as I described above. Why so ?
When switched to low - it works
