Installing game on New computer

Is there any way that I can copy the files for the game onto a thumb drive and transfer them from my old computer to one I just got? I don't want to have to download 30GB again with my slow slow connection. I am figuring I have to re-download but am hoping for a miracle.

Just copy over in same location, make sure you get the "Document" files in your Document folder.
