Mac version - Does it have all the fixes as well?

I just got the game because I have been reading and watching updates that have fixed a lot of the issues that were there during launch. I watched a youtube video where they changed the mouth to sync better with the character dialogue. Well this isn't so when I played the game. So are they only updating the PC version and not the Mac because I am on the Mac version and the lip sync is not the same as what I saw on the video. Is there a setting for that? Just want to know if the changes have been applying to the mac as well. Thanks.

Patch notes say it's not included on the Mac version:

We have completed the implementation of the basic FaceFX pipeline, processed over 100,000 lines of dialogue and completed the phoneme creation for all of the races in the game. Facial animations will now synchronize with the dialogue they are speaking. There are some specific monsters that are not updated yet because they do not share the standard “human” animation rig, but these will be updated in the future.

Note: This feature is not supported on Windows XP or OSX at this time, but support will be added for them in a future update.
