Wordprose prevents launcher from working

I don't know how wordprose got on my pc, but it drove me crazy for two days. I even reinstalled the game because of that program. I finally looked in "uninstall programs" and saw an unfamiliar program and uninstalled it and sure enough, the launcher works now. Now just 10 hrs of updating.....
