Can't Download Game

If anyone can help.



I am trying to download the game (it goes for both the CD and on the ESO website) when I download it installs the first part but when I go to run the installer it acts like its starting up then throws a message "The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion".

Hi @ColdHeartedOps‌ ! This is a windows error that relates to the Microsoft .NET framework. You can find some more information on obtaining the service pack to update your OS here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/839174

I'm having the same problem, I can download all the DvD parts but when the launcher starts it doesn't work. Its been almost 7 days of this, I have done everything from firewalls, following other setups, running as admin, to even rebooting my computer to purchase state just incase there were some bugs. I also cant even log into my account to cancel the subscription I bought 7 days ago. Something is wrong with this game and support doesn't even return emails or calls. HElp/!!??

I cant download all the DVD parts i can get the first to load now its at 79% and asking for disk 2, i've inserted disk 2 and still not picking it up, i have plenty space for the game and plenty more to make sure that its going to install, i've turned off my protection software and firewall but still nothin any ideas
