Feature Request - PvP Elite Gear Mats

From what I can see the traits of the PvP elite gear is not what most people would want. I think there should be a way to buy mats for the same gear with AP so crafters could make it how they want it. For example: Light armor has reinforced trait, most light armor wearers want infused so they can increase the magicka enchant. Or put inpenetrable on small light pieces.
