reporting a forum moderator

is this possible to report a forum moderator for shutting down many of my forum posts for no good reason? This person keeps claiming it is under other posts and sends me links but the posts that they put up are not related to the topics i have had concerns about, personally I'm starting to feel like this person is harassing me and i am really getting tired of it. Any phone numbers to contact someone who can resolve this issue? or even an email address, although i would much rather speak to someone over the telephone as it is really difficult to explain something to someone in emails
