New on the game and with problems

Hi, Its my first time on the game and i pay yesterday the game, and let this downloading. Today when i run the launcher is very very slow and then shows a message telling that they are in maintence! This is true? Because I was searching and I didnt find any status of servers in maintance!

If its a error anyone can help?

Hmm, it isn't maintenance day. The launcher shows both servers are online. Does the message persist if you abort installation and restart?

now i search for the game and i starting playing... but the launcher didnt let me play.... I will need the launcher to update the game? theres a option to reinstal the launcher?

Oh, so the game downloaded correctly and you can play through the .exe? You can try opening a ticket about the launcher troubles, or maybe someone else will be able to help. I'll report this thread to get it moved to Customer Support, but I must be off for the night. Good luck.
