This is a (slightly modified, to match the game) quote from a discussion about another game, which I think matches exactly the opinion of ESO's community right now. Having something like that in place would draw a lot of player to the PTS or encourage them to use /bug or /feedback a bit more often.

    This one would be happy if they at least - after a few weeks of this being a known issues - get around to let us submit bug reports again for anyone having a Mac Client. Currently even that is broken, with no timeline or even a firm commitment that it will be fixed (at all).
