Hello,
I received error 307 while killing zombies in deshaan and zos is no help so far.they can't even tell me what happened and why happened.any kind of help would be appreciated.
Why even make a game if not even able to help your customers ZOS ? game had potential and you just ruined it by assigning wrong people in customer support.

Hey there @koustavpainnrb18_ESO,

It is possible that Error 307 is related to changes that were made on the servers awhile back. Currently you are only able to log in to one Megaserver at a time. If you're playing on EU and then log in to NA as well, your oldest session will be kicked from the game.

There are also steps that customer support can help you with if this is not the case. If you happen to have a ticket number for your inquiry, we'd be happy to check into the status of it!

this is my ticket number right now 41218-000271 .please investigate as soon as possible.i am playing eso from 2 open betas till now.but left for a month due to exam,and i was back for 2 days when this happened.i don't get it what went down in 2 days as i was pvping all 24 hours in non vet blackwater blade.and no,i don't play NA however i have pts installed though,didn't use for a month.

i think somebody may have hacked my account when i was not here.since,i have never ever did anything wrong or faced an error but always helped people in game and also reported several bugs on pts.
