Error 315 (3:3:411:0) Unable to connect to lobby

I have been having the same issue as other people have posted about with endless loading screens and unknown errors for a few weeks. Now today I logged in with this message. I checked the errors support page and this one was not listed. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    Hey there @AlienPrimate!

    You may encounter this error if you have a program blocking the connection to our servers. The steps below will place your computer in selective startup mode, which will disable launch programs when you restart your computer.

    Selective Startup

    1.Click Start and type msconfigin the search box
    2.Right click on the msconfig.exeprogram and choose "Run as administrator"
    3.On the General Tab at the top, click on the Selective startup radio button
    4.Uncheck "Load startup items"
    5.Click on the Services tab and check the "Hide all Microsoft services" box
    6.Click the "Disable all" button at the bottom
    7.Click Apply, then click OK
    8.Restart your computer

    Please ensure that you follow step 5 closely to avoid disabling Microsoft services. If this doesn't help, please let us know and we'll be happy to continue assisting you!
