I have to wonder why? Is it that they are not so good in English or just generally like Russia more.

Most things nowdays you can have localization in Finnish but personally I never go that route and almost cry when someone has their OS in Finnish.

1st match exactly, their English is really bad, and ESO has so many interesting quests and storylines you would just skip if u dont know English.

Why ban? ESO game time card is not available in my country and I bought from UK. When I can buy it from UK then why not from Russia?

Maybe i was a bit too offencive in this post. But still i see difference of time cards and subb-country. Ofc, you can buy cards everywhere you find it. But if you set your subb-type as UK when you are living in Germany, for example, this way you give wrong information to the ZOS. And i'm not sure, but i guess in Licence Agreement there is a state about any lies.

P.S.: heh, I promice, i'll read it carefully "very soon". :D

Generally you should not use credit cards on websites in general.

You can use a Credit Card with websites, just never your Debit Card.
    Why not?

Credit cards have insurance, debit cards don't.

But if you're careful it doesn't matter.

Its the sellers responsibility to add region locking, if not you can buy any digital content anywhere.
Using rapid changes in exchange rates or prices to you benefit is legal.
To use an ESO excample, one friend in guild was so happy then he bought daeric motif for 120k gold. this was same day they fixed the drop rate and it was a lot of talk about the increased spawn but he did not know.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Greetings, everyone. We've decided to close this thread as the discussion has devolved into a real world/ political discussion and we do not allow such discussions on the ESO forums. Furthermore, we do not want to encourage players to visit third party sites that they do not speak the language of, as this has the potential for unintended consequences. The safety and privacy of our players is always a concern, and as such, we've decided to end this discussion here. Thank you for your understanding.
