dungeon mode button missing

I have a strange problem with my 2nd character (lvl 21): I cannot enter group dungeons any more, it keeps telling me that my veteran level is not high enough. I have, however, already done Spindleclutch Dungeon a while ago. Now I can't enter it again. I have also tried Wayrest Sewers dungeon - the same problem! And there is no dungeon mode button in my group tool! I have logged in with my first character (vet lvl 11) again, and there everything is normal, I can choose between normal and veteran mode for group dungeons. So what is wrong here? Does anybody have an idea?

Hi @voyxx. The issue you're describing is something we are working on, thanks for bringing your incident to our attention. In the meantime, since the option to change your dungeon's difficulty between normal and veteran isn't available for your character, you can try grouping with a veteran ranked friend/guild mate who can change the dungeon difficulty back to normal.

Thx for your answer. Unfortunately I do not have a veteran ranked friend, so I hope you will be able to resolve the problem soon. I just do not want to restart with a new character again at the moment, but if I can't enter group dungeons I will have to do that eventually.
Btw, I also tried do fill out a /bug report for this issue ingame, but that I think does not work. When I click on the submit button, nothing happens, I can only leave the help window.

Edit: I have joined a group to do Banished Cells dungeon and afterwards Fungal Grotto and now I can enter all the group dungeons again. That seems to have resolved the problem!

and another Edit: I have just tried to enter Wryest Sewers with another group and we had the same problem again. Also the rest of the group got the "veteran rank not high enough" - error. It seems to be connected with Waryest Sewers, because I had the problem after trying to enter Wayrest Sewers in the first place.

Regarding the lack of the veteran mode option: No character under veteran level has that option available
So at least this is "normal". As for the rest...yeah that seems to be broken

Yes, I came to the same conclusion . Anyway, a while after my last edit I was invited to group again, and it worked! We did Wayrest Sewers. So I really do believe that its a bug connected with that dungeon.

We had to get a vet to join our group and reset our dungeon mode to unbug players. Disbanding and even quitting the game did not reset the characters.
