Game breaking spell rendering issues in PvP

I sent the text below via the in game /feedback system but I decided to duplicate it here as well because I'm interested in what other players have to say about the issues described.

Post 1.5.7. PvP seemed less laggy but it's probably too early to tell because it's not weekend and it was just one evening.

At one point the entire in game sound system died and I was left with no sound effects. This problem can't be blamed on my PC or add-ons since about half of my 12 man group reported the same problem at that same moment. Music started playing after a few minutes but sounds never came back. We all had to relog to fix this issue.

Another serius game breaking issue which is still present and started several versions ago is enemy ground placed spells not rendering. Good example is enemy placed wall of elements (or any morphs). I myself and many of my guild mates reported getting killed to this spell without ever seeing it on the ground. Last night (1.5.6) and today (1.5.7) I tried testing it with my DK - while my group saw my wall on the ground, enemy players seemed to have no idea it was there. They kept walking over it making it very easy for us to kill them. Sure there are bad players out there but they can't all be that ignorant. Note I was testing in small fights, not big lagfest battles.

Another good example of ground placed spell not rendering is Veil of Blades. Players often ignore it (probably don't see it) and die, and I found myself getting killed by it when it wasn't there (at least not rendered).

Negate magic dome renders on the outside, but not on the inside so players caught with their cameras inside it have no visual clue. Their spells stop working and they don't know why (and by the time they figure out it's too late).

Enemy ground placed sorcerer root is invisible. Crystals (sometimes, but not always) render but not the whole effect.

The ones above are not related to high population lag situation, they can occure any time. However, after a high lag battle many spells stop rendering - both incomming and outgoing spells. Even simple things like mutagen. The worst on the list is incomming soul assault not rendering which is often fatal due to high damage.

Since there's not visual GUI indicator on incomming spells or damage this is a serious, game breaking and often very frustrating problem to many players since they appear to be one shot killed without having any idea what killed them.

Like I said, this can't be blamed on my add-ons or client since everyone I've been playing with recently have reported these issues in chat or TeamSpeak while we were playing. (POST EDIT: And this forum is surely full of similar reports).
